NW IT Guys serves a wide variety of customers who generally fall into two categories:

Sole Proprietors, Start-Ups & Companies Up to 10 Employees

NW IT Guys serves many small companies from sole proprietors to those with 5-10 employees. On average, NW IT Guys interfaces with these clients two or three times a month, working on things like IT solutions, software needs, setting up user accounts for recent hires, etc. We are fast, experienced and make the workplace more productive. Clients rely on shooting us emails with any IT issues, and NW IT Guys responds quickly so that employees can stay focused on their jobs, while we take care of IT needs. Oftentimes, when NW IT Guys are onsite, we also assist the employee who asks, "While you're here, I have a quick question..." Our approach is personal and personable.

Established Businesses Under 100 Employees

Also serving larger companies up to 100 employees (yet still considered an SMB), NW IT Guys assists established companies on daily IT needs but also on more in-depth and complex IT issues. For example, these companies may experience changes on a consistent basis resulting in closing out old user information and setting up new staff accounts, working with different levels of permissions and account access, system upgrades, and much more.
