A Firefighter's Approach
At NW IT Guys, we take firefighter's approach to customer service. First of all, help is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (though we appreciate customers not calling in the middle of the night unless it's an emergency, even though we sleep with our phones). You will always get a real person on the phone, unless you prefer email (as many of our customers do). And when it comes to fires, with NW IT Guys it's about a lot more than just putting out the flames, or slapping on band aids. It's about maintaining the safety of your systems and the prevention of damage, loss and downtime.
