You could almost say we are jacks of all trades and masters of much. For example, owner Wesley Kronick is an expert on Microsoft Exchange Server and email while manager and engineer Matt Teemer is a web development and database master. Both of these guys can tackle almost any IT issue out there. However, at NW IT Guys there is also a purpose-built team of IT professionals in place, ready and waiting to assist if extra help is ever needed.

What does this mean for NW IT Guys' customers? You'll receive the individual attention and constant communication of one main contact, but as a customer, you are actually able to access the knowledge, experience and safeguards of using an entire team. But don't worry, more minds at work does not translate to higher costs. NW IT Guys doesn't charge per person involved. Rather, clients are charged a standard hourly rate of $150 while receiving the added benefit of many IT experts working together to help your business succeed.
