Overall, the services provided by NW IT Guys can be broken down into four categories. NW IT Guys typically provides clients with one, all or a combination of all the following services:

1) Back Office

This includes email, accounting systems, database systems, data recovery & management, server upgrades, backend infrastructure, etc. NW IT Guys performs these services every week for each customer, if not onsite, then by logging in remotely. Our goal is to be proactive versus reactive when it comes to IT.

2) Communications Systems

NW IT Guys also provides management for inter-office communications and intra-office communications from phone systems to cellular systems, Blackberries, etc.

3) Strategic Planning

Are you looking for expert advice and guidance for your company's computer and IT systems? NW IT Guys provides systems analyses and recommendations to avert systems failures and make your business run more efficiently. We liken this service to changing the oil in your car. You wouldn't want to miss an important meeting because you neglected to change the oil, and now, your car won't start. The same goes for providing preventive maintenance on the IT front. Systems need to be watched, nurtured and looked out for. NW IT Guys makes sure all the proper precautions are in place with a plan that allows you and your employees to continue working without service interruptions.

4) Vendor Management

While NW IT Guys are versed in a wide variety of applications, sometimes it's necessary or more efficient to use an outside vendor who is highly specialized in one key product. NW IT Guys can provide customized vendor management for a client's individual needs acting as an intermediary between clients and any service provider, third party consultant, or vendor as needed. Our philosophy is to recommend whatever method is most cost and time effective for you and to further help you manage that solution.
