We use this application to remotely connect to your system to better assist you. Before downloading or running these applications, please contact a NW IT Support technician.

PC INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Please click here to download the PC version of the support tool. If you get prompted to "run" or "save" the program, choose the "run" option. If your browser only allows you to save, please save the application to a location you can easily locate such as your desktop.
  2. If you have to save the application first, please run the program when the download completes
  3. Once the application starts, please provide your technician with the "ID" number located in the bottom of the application.



MAC INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Please click here to download the MAC version of the support tool. Please save the application to a location you can easily locate on your computer such as your desktop.
  2. After the download completes, please unpack and run the program
  3. Once the application starts, please provide your technician with the "ID" number located in the bottom of the application.
